Ruisrock ist ein jährlich stattfindendes Rockfestival in Turku, Finnland. Erstmals fand das dreitägige Festival in den 1970er Jahren statt. Heute gilt es als das bekannteste Musikfestival Finnlands.
Neben finnischen Künstlern spielen jedes Jahr Musiker aus der ganzen Welt auf der Insel Ruissalo vor Turku. Es traten bereits Metallica, Nirvana und die Red Hot Chili Peppers auf.
